For 4 days in Anzère, in the heart of the Swiss Alps, more than 40 teachers from all over French-speaking Switzerland and beyond will offer over 100 free yoga classes. Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Kids Yoga… all styles will be represented! No need to be flexible or experienced, the important thing is to come and share, breathe, hike and enjoy a Valais aperitif in a friendly atmosphere open to all. You will practise at Pas de Maimbré at an altitude of 2,363 metres, at Tsalan at an altitude of 1,952 metres and finally on the magnificent terrace of les Rousses at an altitude of 1,500 metres.
