Over ten years ago, a knee injury led me to yoga. I discovered a multifaceted world where each style unites body and mind. This path led me to a 200-hour YTT in Vinyasa and Hatha, a transformative experience that awakened my joy of teaching. Every day, yoga helps me find strength, balance and fluidity. I look forward to sharing this practice with you, both on the mat and in life.

With six years of practice and two years of teaching, I share the energy and gentleness of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. My approach is fluid and caring, reflecting my sunny personality. I try to convey this positive energy and my joie de vivre through my classes, often with a touch of humour. Accessible to all, my practices are designed to allow you to progress at your own pace, cultivating strength, serenity and good humour. Here, I prioritise listening to the body and feelings rather than performance.

Alma est professeure de yoga et cofondatrice de Yogaloupe. Elle pratique depuis plus de 10 ans et a suivi sa première formation de professeur en Vinyasa avec Nico Luce en 2020.

I am Alma, yoga teacher and co-founder of Yogaloupe. I have been practising for over 10 years and completed my first Vinyasa teacher training with Nico Luce in 2020. Beyond teaching, my goal is to democratise yoga, to make it accessible to everyone, in Switzerland and around the world. It was with this same vision that I created Yogaloupe and the festival: to bring people together, inspire them and share yoga in all its simplicity and beauty.

I am Amina, a yoga teacher and holistic guide for over 13 years, passionate about harmony between body, mind and energy. I support women going through life transitions to regain balance, inner clarity and confidence through ancient yoga, energy rituals and personalised guidance. My approach combines sacred traditions and modern tools to enable lasting and gentle transformation, with fluidity and awareness.

Anouk enseigne le yoga depuis 2018 et partage avec enthousiasme sa passion pour le Yin Yoga et le Yoga du visage.

Anouk has been teaching yoga since 2018 and enthusiastically shares her passion for Yin Yoga and Facial Yoga. Convinced that relaxation is the key to revealing the best version of ourselves, she offers practices that invite us to slow down, release tension and rediscover a deep sense of well-being. Her gentle and caring approach creates a space of serenity where everyone can reconnect with themselves, calm their mind and radiate from within and without.

Anoula Sifonios est sanskritiste, enseignante de yoga et facilitatrice de processus intérieurs.

Anoula Sifonios is a Sanskrit scholar, yoga teacher and facilitator of inner processes. She runs a yoga teacher training school in Arbaz, which works to promote understanding of the multidimensional human being. She follows in the tradition of the Madras school, as well as that of nidra yoga. Anoula has always been passionate about the mind-body connection and seeks to offer tools to help everyone integrate yoga into their daily lives. She teaches a gentle, meditative, breathing-focused style of yoga.

Audrey enseigne le yoga depuis plus de sept ans et adopte une approche holistique qui unit mouvement, respiration et thérapie sonore.

Audrey has been teaching yoga for over seven years and takes a holistic approach that combines movement, breathing and sound therapy. Founder of EVOLV Yoga & Sound Studio, she offers yoga classes and sound baths with alchemical crystal bowls to promote grounding, relaxation and rejuvenation while working the body deeply. Her style blends hatha, power and Pilates, combining strength and gentleness. Audrey creates a caring space where everyone can tone their body, calm their mind and reconnect with themselves.

Carla pratique le yoga, qu’elle a commencé pour apaiser son anxiété, depuis presque 10 ans et aujourd’hui, son tapis est un réel allié au quotidien.

Carla has been practising yoga for almost 10 years, having started to ease her anxiety, and today her mat is a real ally in her daily life. Trained in Hatha & Vinyasa, as well as yoga for regulating the nervous system, she is committed to offering a gentle and inclusive approach with the aim of nurturing physical and mental well-being. Her classes are welcoming spaces where everyone can come as they are, with their limitations and possibilities.

Caroline

Caroline, trained in hatha yoga according to the tradition of Sri.T.K. Sribhashyam and recognised by Yoga Switzerland, passionately teaches authentic yoga that connects body and mind. Enriched by yin yoga, yoga nidra and dragon dance, she kindly guides you on a path of transformation. Through posture, breath and presence, her classes offer you serenity, vital energy and deep rejuvenation.

Charlène, passionnée par le Charlène est passionée par le mouvement et l’écoute bienveillante du corps. Elle aime explorer différentes approches du yoga, de l’anatomie et des techniques corporelles traditionnelles.

I am Charlène, passionate about movement and listening to the body with kindness. I enjoy exploring different approaches to yoga, anatomy and traditional body techniques. My teaching, nourished by constant personal practice, conveys an accessible and progressive practice, where rigour and kindness are balanced, offering everyone a space for exploration, presence and transformation.

Chris a rencontré le yoga en Inde il y a huit ans, au détour d’un long voyage en sac à dos.

Christelle

Chris discovered yoga in India eight years ago, during a long backpacking trip. Since then, she has been exploring and teaching with the conviction that movement is a true medicine. Guided by the breath, she invites us to engage in a subtle dance where body and mind nourish each other. Her mission: to plant a seed of awareness so that everyone can take care of themselves and discover that true practice begins far beyond physical postures.

Fanny

After a chance encounter in 2016, she developed a passion for yoga and wanted to share its benefits with those around her. Trained in Hatha yoga (Bali, 2019) and then Yin Yoga (Switzerland, 2023), she is also a physiotherapist and teaches beginners, intermediate students and even in nursing homes (chair yoga). She sees yoga as authentic, simple and accessible. A chance to reconnect with oneself, to learn and to be present, here and now.

Floriane pratique et transmet le yoga comme un chemin d’ancrage, de ralentissement et de retour à soi. Formée en Hatha yoga et nourrie par le Vinyasa, le Yin et le yoga fonctionnel, elle propose des cours qui allient souffle, présence et mouvement en conscience.

Floriane practises and teaches yoga as a way to ground oneself, slow down and reconnect with one’s inner self. Trained in Hatha yoga and inspired by Vinyasa, Yin and functional yoga, she offers classes that combine breathing, mindfulness and conscious movement. Through Samata, balance and harmony in Sanskrit, she invites everyone to find stability and fluidity, strength and gentleness, to reconnect with their vital energy and move forward with clarity, confidence and serenity.

Certified in hatha-vinyasa flow, Forrest enjoys combining creative sequences with a playful spirit, combining fluid, dynamic and conscious movements to help deepen each movement and find that state of ‘flow’. Seeking to open up the body, deepen the breath and relax the mind, he is always looking for a balance between strength and flexibility, effort and release. At the end of each class, Forrest combines the moment of relaxation in savasana with handpan, a soft and harmonious sound that promotes relaxation.

Giant

Gian has always been driven by movement, which he explores through Thai boxing, volleyball and board sports. As a child with asthma, he discovered the benefits of pranayama at an early age, guided by his mother, to ease his breathing difficulties. Yoga provides him with essential grounding: it calms the mind, rebalances both sides of the body, deepens breathing and develops flexibility and mobility.

Isabella est professeure de yoga et a suivi plus de 500 heures de formation à Lausanne dans les disciplines Vinyasa Flow, Mandala et Rocket Yoga.

Isabella is a yoga teacher with 500+ hrs of teacher training in Vinyasa Flow, Mandala and Rocket Yoga in Lausanne. She started her yoga journey as a student in 2009 and developed a deep appreciation for the practice and philosophy of yoga, elements of which she integrates into her daily life, on and off the mat. She believes the feeling of freedom and peace after a yoga practice is something to be shared with others. Moving with breath, awareness and conscious movement, Isabella’s classes are dynamic and playful. There is something for everyone!

Ivan, a yoga teacher, is co-founder of Yogic Spirits in Vevey and coordinator of the YamaYoga Association in St-Légier. A student of South Asian studies at UNIL (Sanskrit, Hindi, Buddhism, Hinduism), he brings a deep understanding of the cultural and spiritual roots of yoga to his teaching. He mainly teaches Yin Yoga, Yin Yang Yoga and Yoga for hip mobility, using an accessible and caring approach. Ivan also offers themed sessions with sound baths and yoga philosophy workshops, inviting everyone to explore its deeper dimensions

Julie pratique le yoga depuis 2004 et l’enseigne depuis 2016. Fondatrice de The Sakura Yoga à Genève, elle propose du vinyasa accessible, mais aussi du yoga prénatal, restauratif et thérapeutique.

Julie has been practising yoga since 2004 and teaching it since 2016. Founder of The Sakura Yoga in Geneva, she offers accessible vinyasa yoga, as well as prenatal, restorative and therapeutic yoga. Hello, I’m Kim, a fitness coach and yoga teacher. I didn’t grow up with a sporting background: before I was 26, I couldn’t even touch my knees! Lockdown showed me how much yoga and fitness can transform the body and mind. Today, I offer a dynamic practice, inspired by fitness, mobility, Pilates and even a little animal movement. There’s not much Sanskrit, and even less spiritual bias: just movement to develop strength, fluidity and body awareness. Come and explore it with me!

Lea is a yoga teacher and Yoga & Fitness Manager at TOTEM Escalade. In her teaching, movement becomes a tool for getting to know oneself better, cultivating self-compassion and developing mindfulness. She pays particular attention to strength and breathing, the true drivers of power and grounding. Her approach encourages students to step outside their comfort zone in order to make the body more resilient to stress, while cultivating balance, strength and gentleness.

It all began with a story about Velcro shoes, ashrams in India and crazy encounters in Geneva. Since then, everything has snowballed, yet everything has become crystal clear: learn, practise, pass on. Trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Rocket Flow, Nidra, Yin and Yoga Therapy in India, Germany and Switzerland, Yoga Yerba explores diversity with curiosity. Today, she teaches in Geneva and is the founder of the WeLoveYo festival. She leads Yoga Brunchs, workshops and retreats in Switzerland, France and Morocco. A committed, accessible and joyful yoga.

Lidia

Lidia is the pioneer of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in French-speaking Switzerland and has 22 years of experience as a yoga teacher and Ayurveda therapist. She has been passionate about and practicing dynamic yoga since 1996, and teaching since 2002. Lidia is particularly interested in the physical, mental, and energetic transformative power of this art, in adjustments (the art of touch in yoga), and in its connection to personal development.

Louise

Trained in India and Nepal, Louise teaches a lively and accessible form of yoga, inspired by her travels in search of spirituality. As a yoga teacher and sound therapy practitioner, she combines postures, breathing, meditation and sound vibrations to guide each individual towards greater clarity and balance. Her aim is to provide a space where people can reconnect with their body and mind in order to reveal their inner strength.

Nadine pratique le yoga depuis 2006 et est facilitatrice certifiée depuis début 2018, elle a créé Mindful flow yoga en 2019 et co-fondé le studio Nueva luna yoga en 2023.

I have been practising yoga since 2006 and have been a certified instructor since early 2018. I created Mindful Flow Yoga in 2019 and co-founded the Nueva Luna Yoga studio in 2023. I offer vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga, with an embodied, accessible and trauma-informed approach to yoga. I guide my students with gentleness and kindness, inviting them to connect with their body, heart and mind to experience a state of flow and physical and mental relaxation.

Nico Luce pratique et enseigne le yoga depuis 2003 et s'est formé à différentes disciplines telles que le Power Vinyasa, l'Ashtanga, l'Anusara, le Yin et le Pilates.

Nico Luce has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2003 and has trained in various lineages such as Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Yin and Pilates. He is also a devoted student of eastern philosophy and spirituality which he weaves into the physical practice to create a profound transformational experience. Bringing meaning to the practice and attention to refined bio-mechanics are at the heart of his teachings. Nico lives in the south of France where he runs and operates Occitania Retreats and travels internationally teaching workshops, retreats and Teacher Trainings and regularly produces instructional videos for GAIA.

Selma has been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years and shares her practice with authenticity and kindness. For several years now, she has been offering fascia yoga, a somatic approach that invites everyone to explore the connection between body and mind, to find grounding, fluidity and freedom in movement. Her classes focus on respectful and mindful practice, which supports the body over time and nurtures lasting well-being.

Sofia Dubois, co-fondatrice de Nueva Luna Yoga à Lausanne, a troqué la finance pour suivre sa passion : le yoga. Après un parcours plutôt épicurien, une vie bien remplie et un virage personnel, elle a trouvé dans le yoga un ancrage et une joie nouvelle qu’elle partage aujourd’hui avec énergie.

Sofia Dubois, co-founder of Nueva Luna Yoga in Lausanne, swapped finance for her passion: yoga. After a rather epicurean career, a busy life and a personal turning point, she found in yoga a new anchor and joy that she now shares with energy. In her classes, she combines strength and gentleness, games and challenges, especially inversions, to offer lively practices where everyone leaves feeling recharged and with a smile on their face.

It was in an ashram in Mexico in 1998 that I discovered yoga. I hurt myself with yoga, I healed myself with yoga. Since then, I have been exploring the full therapeutic potential of yoga practice. My initial training was in the Anusara method, which gave me a solid foundation thanks to its alignment system. I then incorporated various approaches with a constant focus on adapting the practice to each individual (pregnancy, menopause, cancer, yoga therapy).

Stephanie is an English-speaking yoga teaching based in Morges, teaching vinyasa flow and gentle flow classes. She first found yoga in 2012 and loved the way it brought her out of her (overactive) brain and into her body. Her style is accessible and fun, offering a creative and dynamic vinyasa practice tailored to the energy of each student in front of her. Her goal is that everyone leaves her classes feeling like they got exactly what they needed.

Viresh, a yoga teacher from Karnataka, India, shares the depth of traditional yoga in Switzerland with authenticity and heart. Co-founder of Yogic Spirits in Vevey and President of YamaYoga Association, he teaches traditional Hatha Yoga as well as Vinyasa and Yogalates, and organizes Indian yoga brunches and YACEP trainings. Also a certified massage therapist, he supports holistic well-being through bodywork. Currently pursuing a Master’s and PhD in Yoga, Viresh is passionate about weaving culture, nourishment, and mindful living into his teachings.
